Starting year 2014, we have to expect new flagships of local and international mobile phone brands from their Octa Core smartphone releases. As of April 6, 2014, there are four current newly released octa core android phones in the Philippines. Novo7 Tech is now making its name in the android world by straight through releasing consecutive 8 core smartphones, Novo7 Tech's THL T100 Monkey King 2 and Novo7 Tech T200 Cyborg. Starmobile, as one of the local brands that's giving good quality smartphones in the Philippines, now releasing its Octa Core android phone flagship known as Starmobile Diamond X1. Cherry Mobile, after making its name as a local brand manufacturer which releases cheap and affordable smartphone released a very powerful Cosmos Z2 Octa Core android phone.
The following smartphone brands started the war among the best and powerful smartphone brands in the Philippines, this is only a start. We have to expect more flagships from their competitors and see how they will react to this Octa Core generation.
